- Degree Required: Medicine

Given our ongoing training, it is important NOT to have short-term plans to take medical residency exams.
Main Responsibilities
- Consultations (interview and physical examination)
- Performing rapid tests for STIs
- Conducting Level 1 obstetric ultrasounds
- Reporting activities and incidents
- Managing medical and surgical abortions
- Providing contraceptive counseling
- Insertion and removal of intrauterine devices
- Participation in center meetings
- Adherence to norms and procedures
Knowledge
In human rights, gynecology, family planning, and contraceptive methods.

- Interest in patient medical care
- Ability to perform gynecological examinations

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a receptionist and cashier in the medical field. Experience with point-of-sale terminals.
Main Responsibilities
- Charging for services.
- Organizing and keeping users informed about consultation times.
- Handling the switchboard.
- Managing supplies and paperwork.
- Managing petty cash and the clinic’s fund.
- Inviting clients to complete service surveys.
Knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with good Excel skills.
Main Competencies
Pro-client attitude, empathy, service orientation, teamwork, ability to work under pressure.

- Receive calls to offer services and products, schedule appointments
- Follow up on appointments, prepare reports

In human rights, sexual and reproductive rights, grammar rules, general Office software.

Feminist, empathy, customer service, good interpersonal relationships.
