Educational Program
At MSI Foundation we firmly believe that correct and timely sexual and reproductive education is essential to avoid unplanned pregnancies and prevent sexually transmitted infections.
Teenage pregnancy is a multifactorial global problem, but it is directly related to and impacts the well-being of this sector of the population, their sons and daughters, and their communities. One of the main causes of death in the world in adolescents under 15 years of age are complications in pregnancy and childbirth. Currently, Mexico ranks first in teenage pregnancy among OECD member countries.
Our educational program was born in 2003 with the objective of educating adolescents and young people about issues of sexuality and their co-responsibility, contraceptive methods, sexually transmitted infections, prevention of violence in their relationships and the correlation of these important topics to their life plan.

How do we do it?
We evaluate and conceptualize, through research techniques and knowledge of trends, the best ways to manage and transmit information to different target groups.
Additionally, to the massive practices that the technological era allows us, the in-person way and at no cost, in which these materials are delivered and disseminated are:
- Talks and workshops
- Information stands
- Activations
- Participation in massive events
Because young people are immersed in the digital world, we always seek to be on trend in social networks and web content, therefore, we spare no effort in developing attractive and, above all, informative and very useful interactive materials for sexual education.
